Kat looks great Dave.

You don't.

One day l might have the cash.

In 1984, l rode Splinter's 1100 from Kununurra to Darwin, bout 900klm's?? man did it go, but sadly so uncomfortable with the long reach to bars, stiff suspension and firm as fcuk seat it put me off Kats for life, but looking back the bike was only built for one thing which it did extremely well.

I was that pissed orf, l left said bike in Darwin and flew back on the Big Tin Bird, told Splinter to shuv it and go pick his bike up. True story.

Any idea wot model she is? Splinter was a Mackay guy, can.t remember his name. Could be your bike Dave?

Here she is in Darwin, last time l ever rode one.

More than likely an early 81 1100 kat Zork.
The painted wheels have thrown me off the cent. :hmmm:

Don't think its mine, as mine was believed to originate from Japan "of course".
It then spent time in the USA... returned back to Japan then onto me.
Hence the CV carbs.
